For our cherished retreat participants, we are thrilled to present a closing meal that is as nourishing for the body as it is for the soul.

Of course, dietary options for vegan, vegetarian, keto, gluten-free, and others are available. on registration let us know your preferred diet. We will do anything we can to accommodate everyone and their needs.

Breakfast: Choice of granola, milk and/ or diary free milk, yogurt, coffee tea, fruits.

Fruit Smoothie: Start your morning with a refreshing fruit smoothie. This easy-to-digest breakfast option blends bananas, berries, and your choice of almond milk or coconut water. It's a hydrating choice that offers a quick energy boost, along with a healthy dose of vitamins and minerals.

Healthy Baked Oatmeal: A wholesome baked oatmeal using oats, almond milk, mashed banana, and mixed berries. Bake until golden and served warm. This recipe offers fiber, natural sweetness, and a satisfying crunch.
