Rolling Hills is the hosting portion of the Giat Family Farm. We foster meaningful gatherings and facilitate life-changing workshops in nature in an all-organic farm setup.

You can rent a glamping tent for a day or two with your loved one, a friend, or the entire family, and you can rent the entire place for your holistic workshop for one session, the whole weekend, or the entire week.

We are in the process of developing the land and the activities on it, from farming organics and hosting guests to teaching regenerative agriculture classes.
