Our retreat caters to all proficiency levels, welcoming everyone to explore and deepen their practice in a supportive environment.

From Friday to Sunday, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation. The retreat starts with a welcoming yoga session and an opening ceremony led by Aviad Giat, setting the tone for a weekend of connection and introspection. Our carefully crafted schedule includes morning yoga and meditation sessions, sound healing, and creative arts workshops, designed to nourish and heal the soul and ignite creativity.

Savor a diverse menu of vegan, vegetarian, keto, and optional gluten-free meals, thoughtfully prepared to complement your wellness journey. Highlights include a plant walk to explore local flora, immersive yoga workshops, freedom talk with an expert, and a celebration circle to share and honor our life's joys.

Whether seeking to deepen your practice, explore new forms of expression, or enjoy a weekend of peace and community, our retreat offers a sanctuary for all. Join us for a memorable experience that promises rejuvenation, creativity, and a deeper connection with yourself and nature.
