Event Description:
Step into a transformative 3-day retreat in the serene Oley Valley, PA, where nature, mindfulness, and community converge. This immersive experience is designed to bring our vibrant, loving circle together—nurturing connection, creativity, and conscious living. Set on a breathtaking farm, the retreat offers sweeping views of fertile valley landscapes, inviting presence and reflection.

From Friday to Sunday, participants will journey inward and outward—exploring the depths of self-discovery, expression, and soulful connection. The retreat begins with a ceremonial opening led by Aviad Giat, guiding us into a weekend of shared experiences and expansive growth. Our intentionally crafted schedule includes the Scent Journey, meditation, sound healing, and creative arts workshops—all designed to awaken the senses, nourish the spirit, and ignite your inner wisdom.

Savor thoughtfully prepared meals that honor wellness and diversity, including vegan, vegetarian, keto, and optional gluten-free options—nourishment that supports both body and mind.

Highlights include a plant walk to explore local flora, immersive yoga workshops, Freedom Talk with an expert facilitator, and a celebration circle to honor life’s joys and the power of community. Every activity is an invitation to witness your own growth and to deepen connections with others on a shared path of awareness and love.

Nestled atop a 20-acre sanctuary just 1 hour from Philadelphia, 2 hours from Newark Airport, 2.5 hours from New York City, and 2 hours from Baltimore, our villa offers high ceilings, expansive windows, and panoramic views of valleys and mountains—a home for both rest and inspiration.

Together, these dishes form a meal that speaks to the essence of our retreat - connection, balance, and harmony. As you enjoy this meal, may it serve as a reminder of the journey we've shared and the peaceful moments we've cultivated together.

Of course, dietary options for vegan, vegetarian, keto, gluten-free, and others are available. on registration let us know your preferred diet. We will do anything we can to accommodate everyone and their needs.

Rolling Hills is the community's gatherings portion of the Giat Family Farm. We foster private, meaningful gatherings and facilitate life-changing workshops in nature on an all-organic farm for our friends.
